You’ve gotta love the after-the-fact commentary: “Nice!” Is it sarcastic or is the writer pleased to know that the elevator was used in fulfilling an Aerosmith song? A third option may find the “Nice!” commenting on the tone of the note itself. The “Management” said please, thank you, and even thought enough of the artistic effort to capitalize the p.

i love the fact that management is cool with porn being shot in the elevator as long as they clean up..
